Orange is the New Black became repetitive, at least for me, after the first season -- wound up skipping to the end of the last episode of season 2 only to see if it was finally going to resolve as it wasn't worth the time if not. Gave up on it after that, would have made a better 1 season story limited to 8 episodes. It's a Saturday-morning cartoon compared to Wentworth. Wentworth packs a lot of punch into the first episode, and from there it snowballs -- gathering more vixens and plot twists along the way. I should never have started watching at 11pm, it's so good I watched through sunrise ;-) Excellent storytelling... engaging... addictive...

This is a series definitely binge worthy. Better than ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK (in my humble opinion) and based on PRISONER, which ran on Network Ten (AU) from 1979 to 1986. I give this series an 8 (great) out of 10 and have become very attached to it's characters. [Drama and Intrigue in a Women's Prison]
