Movie is better. Tough to drag out same story in a series.

The interview format allowed them to explain the concept quickly, but also made it seem silly. "Ha ha ha, everytime I show up I'm naked."

Hopefully a real little girl goes and tells her parents when a voice in the forest says "I'm naked and want to be your new friend."

And why did they have the little girl say she was "Grooming" her horse when talking to her formerly naked new adult friend?

I got past those problems and don't hate the show overall as much as I should, because the male lead has the charisma to pull off his role well. He is handsome, has a strong masculine voice, presence, and body.

Everytime he appears he is naked.

One of the best romantic series.
The storyline is so magnetic. It keeps you hooked.
All those moments in the show are so beautifully performed by actors and such a marvelously directed show.
This show will definitely make you think about life. And I can assure one thing. Every time you will watch, you would come up with a new question in your mind waiting to be answered.

Gave up on Ep 5. Really liked the book and the movie, but this was hard to sit through because Clare is just such an annoying character here. It's impossible to like her - constantly arguing and putting the younger Henry down ... I really can't understand why he wants to be with her. He looks good, but that is not enough to carry this dreadful adaptation. Actually, I also disliked Rose Leslie in GoT ... similar annoying character .

I really did try to like this. I got through to episode 7 before giving up.

The reality is, it's a mediocre TV adaption of a reasonably unique - and enjoyable - book. In dumbing it down, the adaptation has lost lots of its charm, and is no longer as compelling as the source

In my view
If you have read the book, don't be set on watching this. Maybe just a couple to see what they have done.
If you haven't read the book, read the book (and I'm sure that there are some audio versions available somewhere if you aren't a big reader).
If you can't read the book, settle in for some unforgettable TV viewing. Probably not one to binge watch

What is the name of the show: The husband of The Time Traveller's Wife? No, so, it's a femme point of view, I get it.

This first episode shows an interesting plot, I hope that as the series progresses, the different versions of Henry will be clearly resolved.

Enjoyed the movie and this series seems that it will touch on more, go deeper, and be even more heartfelt with more time to do so. As a Doctor Who and Sherlock fan, all I can say is Moffat!

The 1st episode piqued my interest. The 2nd episode completely caught me, and I'm here for the whole ride.
