S1 E1 lasted all of 5 min for me, very bad acting and fight scenes waiting for the punch that does not come near the person being hit, this is acting 101.

Trakt what are you saying "the show is canceled"??? The production ENDED IT! Pfff What a daaaaaaaaamn good series! And the last episode wtf. 4 seasons, 4 different and captivating stories!! I don't know what else to say... Just bloody watch this series! :heart::heart::heart:

This is a solid fantasy, action, adventure show ala Xena and Hercules from way back in the olden days. The show has some really really funny bits sprinkled in. Otherwise, it'#39;s a solid enjoyable show. How I rate: 1-3 :heart: = seriously! don'#39;t waste your time 4-6 :heart: = you may or may not enjoy this 7-8 :heart: = I expect you will like this too 9-10 :heart: = movies and TV shows I really love!

I watched the first 20 mins of episode one when it first came out and I rated it a 1 out of 10. It was absolutely awful! However, I heard and read good reviews and decided to give it another shot...the first half of season one was painful to watch. It had a decent cast, but yet the acting was wooden, the storyline all over the place, the music was wrong and so so much more. But, then halfway through season one it became a tad more interesting with a storyline kicking in and almost everything else I found cringe worthy improved. Season 2 was a completely different show altogether, it was actually enjoyable and all the previous issues no longer existed and at last a show I could really get behind. It still had this weird comedy element thrown in, but it was now endearing almost. Overall, even at the end of season 3, it’s still not a high budget show, but nevertheless it has a creative and enjoyable storyline, characters and creatures. Please, try not to be totally put off when you start season one, it is worth persevering.

Season 1 was good, so I was looking forward to more. Season 2 was straight up lame. Season 3 appears to be trying harder, but isn'#39;t really hitting the mark. But I keep watching since I'#39;ve already wasted all this time. It'#39;s not terrible, just not that good either.

I can see why I had never heard of this show. The stills look promising but then they had to show the acting and choreography and spoiled it all.

All hope for this were lost when I saw the CW logo. The production budget looked high with the costumes and set pieces. With that said, the fight choreography is atrocious(the 5 minutes that I saw). A slender woman is kicking and punching men in full suits of armor. Then as she'#39;s fighting two at once, one of the men stops in the middle of a downward strike so that he can be slashed(wearing full armor). Then, the felled bodies all disappear in the next shot. smh. You are much better off watching Xena Warrior Princess.

In some scenes, the CGI really makes me chuckle, but generally, the show has been extremely enjoyable thus far. After reading some of the reviews, I was a little concerned, but after seeing it for myself, I can say that all of the characters have a certain charm to them, and they all go through some sort of character development. Seeing this is encouraging, and the acting is also quite good, so not sure why others were complaining about it. I'd definitely recommend giving the show a go if you want some good fantasy!
