Uhh... wow. What a series. Definitely not what I was expecting, but it was very interesting nonetheless. [spoiler] The first couple of episodes felt very disjointed and became even more confusing with the whole time travel element, but the last 2 brought it all together in a very suspenseful and unexpecting way. Little Gabriel standing in dark corners will definitely give me nightmares!
Overall I liked how it wrapped up, although the seance party being completely cool with a whole ass Nathan appleby appearing from the stairs was a bit strange. [/spoiler] Obviously Colin Morgan was spectacular, along with Charlotte Spencer. They played off each other very well and had a good chemistry that helped the show in some of its weaker points. [spoiler] Loved seeing Nathan’s slow decent into madness[/spoiler]. It was a good watch, but I can see why it may not have warranted a second season. If you have 6 hours to spare, want to see some great acting, and want something very eerie and interesting, this might be the show for you!
