I chose to watch this show for two reasons - it's comedy and the star is Lee Kwangsoo, my favorite Korean actor. Everything he's in is brilliant and this show just proves my point. As far as mystery goes, this show will really keep you guessing! There's so many misdirects and everyone is suspicious as hell. Everyone seems guilty. There was one person that I suspected from the very first time they appeared and I'm surprised that I was right! Not sure if I'm just getting better at this or if it was obvious.

I'm not a fan of romance and I'm not sure if this could technically be classified as romance, but I didn't mind the relationship between the main two characters. It wasn't cringy or annoying to me, surprisingly. And I usually hate female characters but the main females were all really cool and they didn't really work my nerves except for Gong San who I wanted to slap more than once. Daesung's momma is amazing, the kind of mom anyone would want to have. Ah-hee is determined and can really put on a show when she goes into protective cop mode. Part-timer was so cool, I wish I could be like her. She's super strong and, despite working part-time, she does more work than anyone.

This show is about murder, so it's bound to get dark at times, right? The thing is, this show knows how to perfectly balance the yin and the yang. As soon as it gets dark as hell, Daesung swoops in with a funny gag or comment that lights up the darkness. It's perfectly balanced between the two genres.

And the climax? Oh lord. I had to use the bathroom so bad but I refused because I was on the edge of my seat and had to know what was going to happen. This series is amazing and I only have 1 complaint about it which, for me, is impressive. Usually, there's a whole laundry list of things I don't like but for this show, there's only 1 - the blurred weapon.

Don't get me wrong, I understand things are different over there, but it just takes me out of the story when there's this serious, intense scene and then he lifts his hand and boom - a giant blur. Plus, it makes absolutely no sense to me why they would blue the tiny knife the killer was holding and not the giant butcher knife that the employees held. I mean, sure, one is used for murder and the other is used for food but they are both knives. Why is one blurred and the others aren't?? How the hell does that even work?

TL;DR - This series is AMAZING and everyone should watch it! :)
