He also attempts to help single mother Zoe in Worthing, who's been attempting to sell her property for the last three months.

Phil travels to the affluent area of Stockton Heath, Warrington, to help Pauline and Alan, whose property has been on the market for three months without any offers.

In Stamford, Lincolnshire, Phil tries to help Mark and Tina sell their detached three bed house as they bid to downsize.

Phil helps recently retired couple Lenny and Mary, who want to return to their roots in Ireland.

Phil faces double trouble again as he helps not one but two struggling sellers to shift their homes. For the first part of his double mission he's in Ashurst Wood, helping to turn a cluttered 1950s house into an up to date 'des res' for retirees Tim and Gina. In Weybridge, Phil's taken back to a not-so-swinging 60s pad that's been inherited by brother and sister Nigel and Beverley Mort. Whilst the families are out, Phil goes in for a snoop around, and then wastes no time and pulls no punches as he sets about getting the two homes up to scratch. With limited time until Phil opens the doors to potential buyers, can Gina and Tim tackle the mammoth task that lies ahead, and will Nigel and Beverley manage to bring their home back to the future?

While the family are out for the day, Secret Agent Spencer has a snoop around, discovering threadbare carpets, dog-eaten doors and a topsy-turvy garden that all the viewers have turned their noses up at. After confronting Emma and Lee with his cheekily rewritten property particulars, Phil gives the family advice on how to get their home ready for his open viewing in one week's time. But not everyone is impressed with his plans. Phil also works with buyers Jonathan and Anna, a young couple looking for a new home in order to start a family.
