HIU-YEUNG gains full control of Mao Kwong successfully. He visits SHING-TIN at the hospital to humiliate him. HIU-YEUNG returns home and discovers that CHIANG LAI is heartbroken. HIU-YEUNG admits to her that he has never loved her and CHIANG LAI leaves home angrily. HIU-YEUNG cannot forget MAN-CHI. He declares his love to her and stops her from dating with TSAU-KAN. SIU-TIN is worried about the court case. SIU-MING arrives to tell him that she has regained her memory. However, SIU-TIN doesn't want to cause troubles to SIU-MING.
