The story of Claire Randall, a married combat nurse from 1945 who is mysteriously swept back in time to 1743, where she is immediately thrown into an unknown world where her life is threatened. This is one hell of a serie and Tobias Menzies plays such a role...that sixth episode... god! so good! I started to read the books after the first part of the season, because I was so desperate to know how the story would continue...I didn't have any expectations of the book quality, but I was surprise to learn how extraordinary it is :P I'm really enjoying Gabaldon's writting and I think it's amazing how she's manage to give the book a historical accuracy.

i love how charming is the lead role. but this show needs to pace up its story/plot or it will starting to get boring.

Amazing show. Interesting story. Well developed characters & most importantly no cancer woke culture garbage & propaganda. Highly recommend.

**TL;DR: If you're interested in watching this show because you heard there was time travel, don't.** That is about 1% about what this show is about, at least in the first season (that's as far as I've gotten). And even the time travel aspect is mystical, there is _no_ sci-fi element here. _LOST_ i More

The 1st season was great... the 2nd season was okay... then it just gets silly.
My suspension of disbelief was in overdrive and soon burnt out.
