I didn't dislike this, but I didn't love it either.

The first half - which was like a highschool drama with coming of age themes - was compelling enough. It was the more enjoyable half. The second half was bogged down with a story about children pretending/forced to be adults (not being particularly convincing about it) while the real villians were adults who had no motives grounded in a conceivable reality. I don’t feel like the writing supported the interesting premise, especially with the tonal change around halfway through. They also just seemed to add and drop supporting characters for the narrative, without proper closure.

I am happy to see that Chimon is entering the BL scene - he is a very talented young actor and his supporting role as Ben in this series was excellently portrayed. I also hope that Phuwin and Pond continue to grow and challenge themselves as actors - reminding myself that they both are very young actors with lots of opportunities ahead.
