Unfortunately, beautiful images can't replace a lack of plot...
The series is well-produced and offers an interesting universe as well as many sci-fi elements, which I expressly praise.
The fight against the woodlouse is brilliant, but we rarely get to see the inner workings of an alien.

Whilst there's a degree of likeability to this tale, its handling lets it down.
