This has a great premise and the possibility of being a great show, but if the Brits were doing it they'd make it spectacular and in 8 episodes or less. This is a typical American "how-can-we-drag-a-short-story-into-5-season-before-killing-it-unexpectedly” show waiting to happen. I want to love it, but it just drags on and on. 6/10

This is Hot Garbage! I don't know what demographic they are trying to play to, but this hit all the wrong buttons for me. It's like someone grew up watching 4400 and Lost, then decides it would be a great idea to mix it in with The Langoliers. Again, Literal Garbage. Literally Unwatchable. The acting is bad, the forced emotions and religion are bad, and the overall laziness is very annoying. Way to ruin a perfectly good chunk of my brain

Michaela and Grace are the definition of 'Never stick your D*** in crazy' , although Grace might win this one

It had potential. But honestly the massive religious undertones start to become crazy overtones and take the show completely over... And it's no longer interesting anymore. Also the main character is really obnoxious. He needs to pick a lane. Every episode he can't make his mind up and then when he does finally... The next episode, whoop, there we go, all over again, like a crazy person.

Honestly it's just some of the worst writing I've ever seen.

It was annoying that i started watching it, got a little interested, and then couldn't stop watching for a little while because i wanted to know what would happen to characters I had already wasted so much time caring about.

Reminds me of Greys Anatomy. Not surprised - since it's the same network. They really love bad acting, writing and soap opera nonsense.

Episode 1 was excellent! The acting is fantastic! The characters are so likable, 10 minutes in I was tearing up- great premise too. Can’t wait until next episode!

Concept of the show is good, the acting is good, but the show gets slow and repetitive.

Unlike the other comments, I find this enthralling and very watchable - very different from the usual American fare which I've stopped watching almost entirely. It may go on a little too long - I'm in the middle of the 2nd series - but some person below said that 'if the Brits were doing it, it would be one series and very watchable'. Mm. The Brits are good, most of the time - and when they get it right, they are absolutely spectacular. But most of the stuff on UK TV is total crap.

We stopped at s03e03 because we found the "unexplained 'mystical universe' callings/visions to help people" happening over and over to be a tad silly and boring and repetitive. The similarish TV Show "FlashForward" seemed more interesting to us.

didn't bother after S02 as i wasn't excited enough to continue, because:
they kept giving me questions instead of answers.
they stopped with the interesting 'mad science' plotline with that indian lady.
the plotlines with the nsa director were so lame and so unrealistic.
acting was also poor in places.
music wasn't ever epic enough.

Such a great 1st and second season. The third wasn’t really worth the wait. Whilst it carried on with the original story it felt rushed with the news that Season 4 and 5 won’t be made. Maybe answers will come later!?!?

All those who are saying the show is bad its because they have a very sad life. That show touch every emotion in my body and I love it. It's been years I have been waiting for a show that pique my interest and finally I found it. If you were a fan of Lost as I was then you will like this one as well

This show was intriguing at the beginning, then it became monotonous. As expected, it was canceled.

The writing and direction is what killed this for me... If you think a private company is in league with the govt, particularly the NSA, perhaps while in their accountant's offices you shouldn't talk about it on ur phone, loudly, repeatedly, or text about it either, u know, the NSA? Could have been OK, but honestly...

Started of as a great show and I really wanted it to succeed... sadly it was torture to finish the season. sadly will not continue to watch

okay I get this was supposed to be a huge show but I'll tell ya I don't get why terrible story awful language and mediocre mystery just using the gd word just to pick up a shock value how low can you get this isnt that interesting anyway terrible I will give it a second chance but I was not satisfied by what I saw from this show it was the worst of the fall so far I know people say it's so fantastic yet I don't get the big hype

Every 828'er character is annoying as fuck. Each episode, the characters become more annoying.
