Binged this show (2 seasons at the time of the comment) in a matter of a few days. What makes this interesting for me is not necessarily the Indian culture; this could work with other heritages that are unlike the 'Western' one. (In fact, I'd totally watch similar shows like this with other nations, but I am not interested in regular dating shows.)
There are aspects here that makes us ponder, such as, arranged marriages, cultural differences even amongst Indian people that are curious to watch. I was invested in some of the stories and people, and was "sad" to see a couple of them unfinished, even though they were featured in both seasons.
I reckon we won't see them again as the upcoming season will clearly be in London/the UK.
It would have been great to see at least a text or side-note about the kind Texan teacher and his endeavors, about Nadia, etc.
It is also quite puzzling what is the purpose of the show altogether, besides showcasing a bit of the arranged marriage thing (and perhaps getting younger Indian folks into it?). Auntie Sima, the matchmaker is the main character here, I reckon it's _her_ show, however, almost none of the people who ended up with someone was actually her direct doing, so that's not the best marketing out there. She may have laid some foundations, but overall it feels like it's not that successful, of course, based only what is seen on the show.
Anyway, interesting watch, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would :D
