After immersing themselves in American culture last year, Hamish and Andy have decided you can never stop learning and it would therefore be irresponsible not to take another gap year in 2012. Hamish and Andy’s Euro Gap Year will feature the boys’ travels and adventures throughout Europe and be broadcast weekly from The Lord Stanley, a disused pub in East London. Whether it’s jumping off bridges 25 metres high to become “real men” in Bosnia, racing wild reindeer in Lapland or dropping in to a finger-pulling festival in Germany, Hamish and Andy will be there to revel in Europe’s weird and wonderful pastimes.Pre-Opening Ceremony Special (London 2012 Olympics Special)

In a rare example of foresight, Hamish and Andy have announced that they’ve “kind of, pretty much” decided what they want to do with the extra time they have in 2011 – they are going on a gap year to America. However, Hamish and Andy remembered that they told Channel Nine they would do a TV show this year as well, so while continuing their weekly radio show for Austereo's Today Network, they’ll now attempt to combine their dream gap year with a TV series.Episode 10

It is revealed that during a night at her table-tennis nightclub Spin, Hamish broke six glasses with an aggressive forehand, so Andy decides that it is only fair for Susan to break something of Hamish's.
