My niece loves this show. Phoebe Tonkin and Claire Holt star together as Mermaids before having smaller parts in Vampire Diaries and the Originals. Claire Holt unfortunately isn't in the 3rd and last season though. With a poor excuse that she is off seeing the world with her family. She's never mentioned again. Indiana Evans made a pretty good replacement though. Luke Mitchell of the Tomorrow People and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. also joined the cast in season 3. Anyway as a guy, I actually wasn't too tortured watching this with my niece. Maybe due to all the pretty cute girls as mermaids lol.

What a great show; well-made, entertaining, and all-around fun. For more, see my review of the first season here: http://rwlreviews.blogspot.com/2014/03/season-set-review-h2o-just-add-water.html

absolute favorite childhood show. rewatched one too many times. nostalgia goes crazy

(2 times) always down to rewatch this show, so much fun and nostalgic feelings

One of my favorite shows. It's full of nostalgia.

So, they can'#39;t touch water, right? Up to 60% of a human body is water. Does that mean they can'#39;t touch themselves?

Spoilers

This show was a pleasant surprise. I only checked it out because I wanted to watch something for Phoebe Tonkin, but then found myself watching episode after episode, and eventually finished the show in a week. It'#39;s so much fun and very well written.
And I just realized their families never found out they were mermaids. Ha!
