At the time when I heard Netflix was creating a spin-off of Full House, I had never heard of Full House before. I decided to start watching Full House. It has now been one year and a half since I've started watching the show and I have now come to the point where I have finished watching Full House ánd Fuller House. I have never regretted starting to watch Full House, because I have honestly found one of thé best comedy shows out there. The fact that it's a show that started airing more than thirty years ago, has never bothered me at all. Netflix contains all the Full House episodes, which makes it easy for you to (binge-)watch it.
Although I had wished to see more of Danny, Jesse and Joey in Fuller House, which might happen in season 4 because everyone is finally moving back to San Fransisco,
the three "moms" (D.J., Stephanie and Kimmy) have a great chemistry and the four
- soon to be five -
kids are just great. They make for great moments. The only one(s) I'm really missing and without whom I'll feel there's still an empty void waiting to be filled, is Michelle a.k.a. the Olsen twins. I'm sure you can watch Fuller House without having seen Full House, but I deeply recommend watching the original show. Fuller House will be so much more funny because of it and it'll even be nostalgic - even when you've only just started catching up on Full House. There are lots of inside jokes and references that'll lose its glory when you don't know what they're talking about. You'll lose the magic of
D.J. finally - ! - chosing Steve over Matt
.
