The corrupt pure-love story revolves around Kasuga Takao, a bookish boy who loves the poems of Charles Baudelaire (the original author of the poetry collection "Les Fleurs du mal" or "Flowers of Evil"). One day after school, he discovers and steals the gym clothes of Saeki Nanako, the girl he has a crush on. However, he learns that Nakamura Sawa, a girl he loathes, happens to catch him in the act. Nakamura blackmails Kasuga into a contract, or else she will reveal his secret.

It's sad that this anime has gone so bad. Because I loved it. Specially the animation choice. It gives you somewhat of a real feeling.

Very interesting show, both in writing and art style. Incredibly powerful and intense, but it's a terrible shame it bombed so hard we'll never get season 2.

Hey Trakt! This show has not ended. It's super clear at the final episode. There is gonna be a second season. When? I don't know, but it's super obvious. And we all wanted it!

I absolutely adore this. I still think it's doing a REALLY good job at staying true to it's source material.

This series was certainly an interesting watch. From the synopsis alone you may be forgiven for assuming this could turn into another raunchy high school love comedy, but nothing could be further from the truth.
