Although slow moving at times, this show still holds up today. Tons of nostalgia for anyone who remembers the timeframe. Also had a great deal of realism, which adds to the appeal of the show. It's fun to check the gas prices while they're driving around. ;-)

Seasons 1-6 were the best. With the two hour movies for season 7 there was disconnect from the main characters and many of them were no longer featured. While not on the same page as more up to date medical dramas, Emergency! paved the way for real emergency services and future shows and is worth a watch.
