Ted, a successful but morally conscious man, runs a research and development department at a morally questionable corporation, Veridian Technologies. No achievement is too far fetched and no invention too unorthodox for Veridian. Ted loves his seemingly perfect job; he loves his superhuman boss, Veronica, and colleagues Lem, Phil and Linda, but he's starting to take a closer look at the company's extremely questionable practices... especially when they try to cryogenically freeze one of Ted's scientists for testing purposes.

Fun little show. Can't get enough of the Viridian Dynamics adverts. Nice and witty, with engaging characters.

Just like Arrested Development this is not a comedy for the masses who like toilet humour and jokes you can see coming a mile away. Better Of Ted is an intelligent comedy show about the corporate conglomerate business in America. It's a satire on what a multi-million dollar company value's the most: money, productivity and efficiency. When it comes right to it they have no regard to people's feelings or their well being, the company comes always first. The writing is very sharp and best of all: No laughing track! The cast is terrific and especially Portia de Rossi plays her role of the cold hearted boss who doesn't know empathy or compassion perfectly. Just like Arrested Development this show got cut way too early in my opinion.

I feel like if this show wasn't on ABC it would do a lot better. Or if it were made today. They should reboot.
