Beast Tamer

Other than the main theme of getting betrayed by the Hero's Party, everything else always goes in favour of the protagonist which ultimately killed all suspenseful moments of the anime. But overall the show was quite enjoyable and the characters were entertaining so it was worth watching.

This one was super wholesome, just a good dude kicked out of a shitty heroes party, that ends up paired up with a bunch of beast girls. Some of the beast girls are pretty young, but there's zero sexual innuendo. The MC is just a collector of people to protect. Even though this was very generic, it's written well, the pacing is solid, and it's got a few unique concepts. There are few MC's more earnest and genuine than the one here, and all the beast girls have unique personalities and backstories...they used a simple formula and executed it very well. The artwork is solid, but a fair amount of shortcuts are taken with the animation. The fight scenes will leave you wishing for more. They also set up the hero as a villain which was pretty cool, but we never get the end of that story. With a few loose ends, I'm really hoping that we get to see the conclusion of this. They should be able to wrap it up with another 12 episodes, so fingers crossed.
