**THE GOOD:**

We get a clear picture of exactly the kind of pressure society and the tabloid press placed on Whitney and how strongly her life and death affected her daughter Bobbi Kristina. It's fascinating and very sad at the same time.

I like how the documentary raises the question of whether Whitney and Bobbi's deaths were accidents or not. It’s these kinds of questions that make documentaries entertaining.

----

**THE BAD:**

This documentary has a rapid-fire pace when it comes to the interviews. There are so many different people here talking about a variety of stuff that it's sometimes difficult to keep up. The way we are introduced to new turns in Whitney's life before Bobbi's birth almost makes me exhausted.

The beginning of the documentary struggles a bit to set up an engaging introduction. It feels very rushed and all over the place, as it sets up the main story of Whitney and her daughter.

This is a fast-track through the life and career of Whitney Houston, with Bobbi Kristina’s eerie fate attached to the tail end of it. I would have preferred a more balanced story.

----

**THE UGLY:**

They say Hollywood likes parallels, so here’s another one for you.

----

**THE VERDICT:**

_Another straightforward documentary detailing the rough life lead by Whitney Houston and how that affected her daughter, ultimately leading to her unfortunate death._
