I thought this was very touching and endearing documentary of one my favorite Star Trek series. It really was just touching and truly made me feel like I was a part of a close knit community!

What a fantastic blast from the past, if only they could still write Star Trek as good as DS9 was.

I came upon this documentary by chance, and I'm so glad I decided to give it a look see. Rather than just doing a "talking heads" rehash of DS9, they got the main writers together to block out the first episode of a "new" season, continuing in real time from where the show ended, interspersed with recollections from the cast. The result is a captivating look at the "middle brother" of the Star Trek Universe, that never quite got the respect it deserved, yet, was arguably the most progressive and socially relevant series of the franchise. It was good to see all of the cast, and, I wish somehow they could "make it so". If not the imagined "new series", perhaps a mini one, or a feature length movie special.
