You come into these rom coms expecting a certain level of cheesiness because that's just par for the course, but this movie was extra cheesy at points. When they first meet their whole conversation is nothing, pretty much all they say is where they are going and stare deeply into each other eyes. And there are moments, like when Sofia is wearing the angel wings, that are just cheesy overlays that have nothing to do with anything. The radio show that is supposedly about corruption, is just cheesy, vague statements. And there are side stories that are so pointless. The concert? The Asian girl? The therapy sessions? In the end they have nothing to do with overall story and we're so weird and out of place. Having said that, there were parts that were good, but overall is was fairly disjointed and very cheesy.
