I really feel this is one of Disney's most underrated and forgot movies, along with Atlantis and Goofy Movie. I currently am reading Treasure Island and like the twists that Disney made with the source material. The voice acting is top notch and the humor is mixed well with the action. I'd highly recommend watching this if you never have or want to relieve a gem from your childhood you may have forgotten. 9/10

Yeah, I can see why this bombed. It's a universe filled with interesting ideas but it also feels incredibly boring and unsavory.

Unequivocally, unmistakably, undeniably Disney's greatest animated film. A masterpiece, as far as I'm concerned. Long read ahead!

Film and reviews are all about opinions, which is only a positive thing. I, for one, though have yet to find a better animation than this. No doubt I'm pro More

[6.3/10] *Treasure Planet* is basically “Daddy Issues: The Movie.” The movie subtly suggests (at times, not so subtly), that Jim Hawkins was a young man with a bright future and thirst for adventure until his dad left. Without that paternal support, he became a troublemaker and, as the robo-cops More

‘Treasure Planet’ is a Disney animated film inspired by the 19th-century novel ‘Treasure Island’ by Robert Louis Stevenson. Although I haven’t read the book, I’m familiar with the story as it has been redone many times. ‘Treasure Planet’ is an adaptation set in space, but it reimagin More

Loosely based on one of my favourite stories, this version of Robert Louis Stevenson's "Treasure Island" sees the young Jim Hawkins on a magical adventure on a space galleon. Befriended by the cyborg cook "Silver" they face all sorts of perils on their journey before arriving at the "Treasure Planet More
