This is the weirdest piece of cinema I have ever seen. And that's not just because they use old Saab 900 Turbos as police cars...in Japan. An insane mix of gore, sex, extreme body modification, and intense violence makes Tokyo Gore Police...not for everyone. A rather select few probably would enjoy this, but it just wasn't for me. I wouldn't have finished this one if I hadn't been made to do so by a friend. Try it if you dare.

Utterly bananas sci-fi gory film that is equal parts Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky, RoboCop, and Hellboy. If the title doesn't dissuade you, maybe this is your type of movie. But if that title even gives you the slightest pause...run away.

*RoboCop* meets *Kill Bill* meets *Evil Dead II* if it was done by Cronenberg. Over-the-top isn't enough to describe how over-the-top this was. This is B-movie ridiculousness done right and it's so funny. There's a little bit of blood and gore in this movie... More
