_The Voyeurs_ is an erotic thriller without much thrill. This movie is pure sex without caring for characters or plot. Why did this movie need to be made? To me, it seemed like the only reason was to show Sidney Sweeney's amazing body. Move over Alexandera D'addario, new sex symbol is in town.

The only redeemable thing about _The Voyeurs_ was the cast. And by the cast, I mean that the actors are good looking. Acting, on the other hand, was absolutely terrible. The story was so poorly written. The dialogue - painfully cringe (_"A vibrator ins't connected to a brain. A vibrator isn't connected to a soul"_), I felt like I was watching teenagers, not young adults.

The ending is straight from an airport bookrack book. [spoiler]That last shot of Seb and Julia is the most unintentionally funny thing I've seen this year. [/spoiler] This movie requires more suspension of belief than a sci-fi film. I just don’t understand how the police were't involved at any point. Maybe if they spent less time with the sex scenes and more time with the script, this movie would have been better.

If had listened to those feelings I had to turn the movie off, I wouldn't be feeling this way now having watched the whole thing. It's like a bad episode of the the twilight zone. Save yourself now before you get sucked in.

Also, all common sense was lost when the voyuer sleeps with the man she had been watching. It was JUST TOO CREEPY! And unrealistic.

First and most of the second act kept me intrigued and guessing in some aspects. However, the third act dropped off and [spoiler]they should have ended the movie at the surprise ending in the art gallery. The complete ending just ruined it and dropped the quality for me. [/spoiler] for this, I gave it a 4 and not a 5/10

Premise - 17/20 - There aren't many erotic thrillers anymore; one with equal parts erotic and thriller, at least. A little bit of Rear Window coupled with the exposing of Sydney Sweeney's bod.
Cast/characters - 17/20 - Sydney playing lead character Pippa is not the only draw. Ben Hardy and Natasha Liu Bordizzo as the couple across the alley were very good in their roles. I didn't care much for the guy who played Pippa's husband Thomas.
Story - 17 - I tuned in for the erotic, and got engrossed in the thriller. Two hours long and not much wasted time. Some twists and turns, and everything built toward the ending, which was muted but satisfying.
Dialogue - 13 - Some grandiose parts, but decent overall. Not a lot of character development through dialogue.
World-building - 15 - The setting was mostly the facing apartments, with an eye doctor's office, a bar, and an art gallery thrown in. The apartments were pretty cool.

79/100 - 4/5 stars - More Sydney, please! However, I was pretty happy that the movie was also hot in a different ways.

Insane, but I loved it. Erotic thriller madness at its finest.

The concept was appealing but ultimately left me disappointed. Check out The Neighbors' Window for a more successful version of a similar story.

most retarted twist ever, plus tiddies

This movie started out really good - great cinematography, suspenseful, erotic, mysterious. But the plot twist... terrible. Didn't make sense and ruined it for me. The ending? Even worse.

absolutely 10000% implausible, mostly because i don't know anyone in reality who would actually leave their windows open like that in a metropolitan area unless, like pointed out in the first act, they wanted to get watched.

but also entertaining and ridiculous, so i'm glad i watched it. justice smith is such a cutie.

Almost a great film, with good acting, interesting editing, and an intriguing setup. However, there are moments towards the end of the film that don’t ring true, with one post-twist reveal that just seems silly. Still, I liked the [spoiler] ghoulish ending [/spoiler] so while it didn’t quite work for me, I’m glad I stuck it out until the end.

only the main actress is why I like this movie. Her voice on an eye exam is ASMR to me.

Towards the end of this movie I was feeling satisfied with the plot and ready to walk away with several meaningful lessons, until the absolutely horrendous ending. The ending was so bad it felt like the last paragraph of the script was written by the writer's 13-year old daughter. Completely ridiculous, top 10 worst endings of all time.

A crazy movie, but it's shows you being a peeping Tom is not worth it will ruin your relationship and possibly your life, plus I have no respect for the girlfriend of the dead guy she had sex with photographer she was sexual aroused by being a peeping Tom she wanted to get pounded by the photographer even tho she was in a relationship she was a whore all along. But like 95% of women they lie and cheat on good guys for bad guys.

Bad movie. Sydney, though pleasant to look at, could not save this movie. The acting was awful, and the plot was simply far too unbelievable.

This turned out to be much much better than I expected. The ending seems a bit off. I'm not sure whether it was re-written as an afterthought or not. I wish they finished the story immediately after the photo exhibition and that grand reveal.
