Another heist movie with full of action. Not the best one but I like the way it is screened. It is not so cheesy. Watchable, timekiller.

From director Renny Harlin comes the rote heist film The Misfits. While vacationing in the Middle East a professorial conman named Richard Pace is recruited to help steal a secret cache of gold from a maximum security prison. The cast, while featuring Pierce Brosnan, Tim Roth, and Jamie Chung, is pretty weak and gives poor performances. And the writing is especially bad; hitting all the usually tropes and clichés of the genre (making it incredibly predictable). Also, the characters are rather one-note and the heist, which has several contrived twists and turns, isn’t that interesting. Lacking any real excitement or suspense, The Misfits is a by-the-numbers crime thriller that’s completely forgettable.

If you are stranded on a desert island and this movie washes ashore, don’t waste your time watching it. Absolute and utter garbage. Brosnan must be desperate. Tim Roth should be embarrassed.

This movie is... Not that good. Pierce Brosman acting with the same charmes as James Bond, without being the characater, just the charmes. Which makes no sence. But it seems that Pierce is the person who needs to spice up this movie. The scene in the airplane towards the middels east is focused about the look in their faces, expressions. Nick Cannon is in a role as if he was in the movie _Next Friday_. And i never really were a fan of Tim Roth. The other actors are unknown to me, not that it matters. And from there it doesnt get any better. Cheap budget movie i guess. Skip this one

Reny Harlin hasn’t done anything noteworthy in a while. He continues this streak here. Nick Cannon is hard to watch. As the movies narrator he set a disappointing tone at the beginning and it was downhill from there.

Absolutely one of the worst films I've seen in a long time. The story is terrible, the actors, aside from Pierce Brosnan, are all decidedly second rate (and even Brosnan struggles with this dog of a script); as as been mentioned in another review, the cast are basically nothing more than a diversity checklist. They clearly tried to make a wannabe 'Oceans 11' but this movie fails in absolutely every respect. It's over 50 minutes before you actually get into any story proper (and even that is weak) with lengthy pointless slews of dialogue with various characters philosophising. The plot lacks any credibility whatsoever and is made even worse with numerous ultra cringeworthy moments, such as the pretty-boy Asian guy poncing about dancing after he starts blasting music out while they are trying to drill through the floor of a building, presumably trying to be surreptitious about it? Big problem is there is zero character development at all so you don't actually care what happens to any of them. By far the best part of this movie are the end credits that come as a long overdue release from watching this garbage.
