Wake up people... what you eat is killing you and the pharma people are only too happy to feed you expensive drugs to '#39;cure'#39; your diabetes, ADHD and whatever else is ailing you. A very good and heart warming insight on a great diet that I try my best to follow a lot and that I believe everyone should be on If you want to prevent a chronic disease that wasn'#39;t a thing years back and much more including mental health. Debunked, many times over. The doc starts with a disclaimer that '#34;we emphasize the science behind the dietary advise'#34; and that the stories are just anecdotes and make no claims that they are typical but what they don'#39;t tell you is they don'#39;t give you ALL the science most noteably the science debunking this diet (and there is LOTS) and the dangers involved with following it. Anyone watching this doc who then feels an urge to try this diet I urge you to do some research including actual Paleo Mom (who has a PHD) that lists the potential dangers involved which include death. No such disclaimers needed for a whole food plant based diet. After watching this watch What The Health and educate yourself properly.... THEN decide which diet makes more sense for you.
