Was not expecting the leaders of Shin Bet to talk so candidly that some of their actions are immoral or how the things they are doing are not helpful. They also seemed genuinely dismayed at the Rabin assassination and derailing of the peace process. Was maybe expecting some angry defense of Israel, got quite the opposite.
