Sneaking onto UK Netflix heh? It didn't feel to me like the most acomplished documentary but there is actually a small story in there to warrant the feature length. The whole part about ELMO is absurd enough to keep things interesting anyways (apparently Tom Mitchell also keeps a NSFW tumblr and Twitter..).

I didn't know what to expect from a film about a penis museum in Iceland, but it ultimately becomes about a man's quest to finish his life's work. It's actually a bizarrely engaging ride with a story that's well-told. Also funny and oddly touching despite its weird subject matter. I enjoyed it immensely.
