The world's most beautiful call girl has a heart of gold and falls in love with a philosophical ~~screenwriter~~ delivery boy because he has a heart of gold and pays to talk to her.
He's also rich because he stole money from the mob but don't get too attached to this storyline because it gets abandoned.
Oh yeah, there are a lot of images of homeless people, so the film is 'politically engaged'.

Then they make the film 20 minutes too long because that's how much time it takes to completely kill and bury the plot, which makes as much sense as a film called _The Fall of the American Empire_ whose poster displays the Statue of Liberty with an uzi, yet the entire film takes place in Montreal, Quebec.

@saint-pauly Your cinematic understanding is poor. To begin with, it's not that "the most beautiful escort in the world has a heart of gold," it's that it portrays many women whose lives have been cut short by making their way by choosing their profession, but who at the first opportunity can return to their "normal" life. "The fall of the American empire" is a rhetorical figure to explain why the US financial system collapses from time to time: if there is no fair distribution of wealth, the system collapses by itself. Pierre-Paul understood the premise perfectly, and that's why he tries to make a fair distribution of his fortune from the beginning, including the original robber. The uzi, it seems unbelievable that you forget it, but it was one of the weapons used during the robbery.
