Thematically similar to the ace British tv drama 'In the Flesh,' the film falls short in comparison. It's still worth a watch, but it's not as innovative as it might once have been.

There's not many good infected films out there but this was different to many with a good plot and turned out to be a decent film..

I love the concept, unfortunately the execution feels a little bit claustrophobic. A big idea on a small stage and (probably) small budget.

The re-integration of zombies into human society is something that is usually played for jokes. Not so for _The Cured_, which is about as self-serious as a zombie movie can get. It is mostly upheld by some solid acting, but I still was only half interested in _The Cured_.
