1- **Sweet Tooth**⠀ 6/10
*Two teens scare a youngster with a Halloween urban legend that turns out real.*

There's logic problems with the backstory but the urban legend itself was cool and well thought. It's fairly well-acted and there's lots of blood and guts.

2- **The Night Billy Raised Hell**⠀ 4/10
*Billy and his neighbor commit acts of violence all around the neighborhood.*

Not scary, not bloody, not much really. The twist was unexpected though and the dark humor was decent.

3- **Trick**⠀ 7/10
*A group of adults are visited by a bunch of murderous kids.*

This one got really dark but everything makes sense when you get to the end. Pretty brutal and twisted! Nice camerawork also.

4- **The Weak and the Wicked**⠀ 2/10
*Some teenagers chase one of their own around town.*

Weak? Yes. Wicked? No. All it is is a chase around town and some beating up for no reason, well at least I didn't get the reasoning. Felt like a punk western which was interesting. Cool Senobite looking costume towards the end I guess.

5- **Grim Grinning Ghost**⠀ 4/10
*On her way back home a woman is being followed by a ghost.*

Holy shit Lin Shaye is in this... not for long though. Some decent stalking moments but what it ultimately comes up becoming is disappointing. It ends just when it gets interesting. Very unsatisfying!

6- **Ding Dong**⠀ 8/10
Bobbie (a demonic witch) and her husband are infertile. When it's time to give candy to children for Halloween, Bobbie loses it.

Pollyanna McIntosh (*The Walking Dead*) gives a truly great performance. Seen her in a couple movies and she's really underappreciated. Absolutely steals the show! It's psychological and explores motherhood and the complexity of infertility. It's funny in moments and explores serious stuff in others. This one's my favorite!

7- **This Means War**⠀ 1/10
*A man is tired of his neighbors doing too much noize on Halloween night.*

The weakest of the bunch. A poor attempt at horror and very underwhelming.

**Side note:** I swear there's an extra standing in the crowd towards the end that looks identical to Daniel Radcliffe :joy:

8- **Friday the 31st**⠀ 4/10
*A deformed serial killer hunts down a girl through the woods.*

An obvious nod to *Friday the 13th* and *The Texas Chainsaw Massacre* with a twist... a bad one. Started as a promising slasher but suddenly it becomes a silly comedy with bad CGI. At least it has some cheesy stupid fun.

9- **The Ransom of Rusty Rex**⠀ 3/10
*Two bank robbers kidnapp a millionaire's kid for ransom.*

A character from **The Night Billy Raised Hell** returns in this one. Why was throwing him in the lake the first option instead of just getting the ransom anyways? Also it went on for a bit too long the last segment in the car wasn't necessary.

10- **Bad Seed**⠀ 6/10
*A killer pumpkin goes on a rampage around town.*

Simple idea but exactly what I wanted from a Halloween short. The pumpkin looked great and lots of blood. This would of made a perfect B movie along the likes of *Killer Sofa* and *Attack of the Killer Donuts*. The final shot was perfect!
