Overview
Mi-so and Ha-eun meet in elementary school and quickly become best friends. In high school, Ha-eun meets Jin-woo and starts to have feelings for him, but he starts to have feelings for Mi-so. yeah fuck me for not watching this earlier! this was laying on my hard drive for 2 years. well this film made me think this was a therapy film, then it traumatized me, then healed me then slowly crushed me and left in the sun light. [spoiler] 'gt;Do you know why every face is different? 'gt;So that they can all live different lives. [/spoiler] loved it! the only technical problem i had was audio? i felt unnecessarily loud for vocals, not that it was clipping just bit crackly. maybe it was problem with my copy. else everything's perfect.
The movie taught me of how imperfect and complex sometimes friendships are. Even if they're very strong. One of the best drama movies i've ever watched.

I've seen both the Chinese Version first and this one. Highly emotional with an incredible twist at the end. I'd say the friendship is better developed here, while each individual character comes out better in the Chinese version. Its also important to realize that the way the Korean version ends is quite different to how the Chinese version does, just as emotionally Jarring but I have to say I think the Korean ending is much deeper on the meaning of friendship at the very end. Watch both, it's worth it. I would keep the order Chinese first, Korean second.
