Overview

Extremely promising director. So young and already such a mastery of almost everything. A really original protagonist. A seamstress that can apply her proficiency in threads and needle to an almost magical way in real life situations. The first time you see it, it's mind-blowing, what a revolutionary idea ! And a fully built character, morally grey, tormented, able to blankly help people kill each other, and yet so innocent at times. High in colors characters. A formidable antagonist. Recurring comic relief. With complex relationships, the main supports being allies or enemies depending on the situation. Choices, choices, choices: An original starting idea, and an innovative way to tell the story and make the most of the ideas [spoiler]by exploring all the possibilities[/spoiler]. Great cast, Connolly and Lynch are incredible. You can't help but be reminded of Tarantino for the restaurant scene. Though the movie has more of a Coen vibe all along. The small details and misdirection: while we focus on the presented choices, turns out the solution lied in another choice that had been ignored. Brilliant.
