Completely forgettable fodder which one sees when they decide to go to the movies without actually checking showtimes or what is playing in advance and end up picking it based on the fact that it is the showing in the next twenty minutes, otherwise, the movie you'd preferred to see won't start for another hour and ten minutes. This is the movie you gamble on and then 96 minutes later, you wish you would have waited the 70 minutes to see your first choice.

Could have been better with Wolf Gang Peterson involved. Hell, with his talent he deserved better than a unnecessary Poseidon Adventure remake. Better off watching the original. Also better off watching Wolfgang Petersen at sea movies that aren’t this remake. Like Das Boot and The Perfect Storm.
