The album is a masterpiece, but the movie is set of video clips without sense. In musical movies the characters sing, but in this movie nobody does, they are only abstract sequences.

If it wasn't Pink Floyd this movie would be a 5/10 because there's no plot at all, just a sequence of music videos.

I don't know if Pink Floyd were aware of the impact that “The Wall” would have when they released it. Today, there is some consensus in considering it one of the best rock albums ever and “Another Brick in the Wall” More

Whoever says this movie is “just set of random music clips” and “doesn’t make sense” just didn’t get it at all. It is true that it needs a bit thinking but the storyline is actually why I felt so much for the album. The story is so intense I still have goosebumps after watching it for at More
