Overview
The Rebels rule the streets of Gary, Indiana. They shoot storekeeper Marvin Bookman for giving the police information about a drive-by shooting they committed. Marvin’s son, former NFL star and Rebel founder John returns to be with his father and, with a little help from some friends, to destroy the gang his way.

Pretty disappointing. Especially coming from such an interesting director as Cohen. It'#39;s very cheap and amateur looking, like most quick DTV movies from the 90s. Hollow, boring characters with terrible acting. And it totally wastes the marquee. The opportunity to make a cool Expendables type of flick with all these classic blaxsploitation actors could'#39;ve been so much fun, but the ball was dropped.
