Three friends from California are filming an audition tape for an extreme reality game show. They document their journey to Australia where they will be doing their most dangerous activity.... This has to be the slowest 80 minute "film" I've ever seen. Scratch that, 71 minutes and 9 minutes of the slowest credits crawl ever made.

What can I say about this movie? Let's see here. For starters it should not have been titled Open Water 3. That was the distributors attempt as a quick cash grab. I saw this movie after it was recommended. That was just a waste of time. Thankfully I saw it on the telly for free. The poster looked kind of cool. The movie itself was not. In fact "Cage Dive" is trying to cash in using the Open Water title. This film had nothing to do with the Chris Kentis film. More

The sharks always looked solid, which is an important thing that shark movies often fail at. But still real bad and pretty uncomfortable to watch.

Open Water 3 is low on all departments, and two of the main ones that affect viewing experience are the characters and the number of thrilling sequences.
