Overview
Matt, an influencer and young parent to newborn Julius, discovers a dark secret from his dementing father's past. He starts an in-depth investigation, which consequently opens a Pandora's box of secrets and unravels more family dramas than anticipated. not worth to waste your time
This movie promissedthis movie promised but delivered nothing. Boring and confused.
I can only say that the last scene is a very clear metaphor of the wife and dad saving the protagonist from all his mental problems
could have been better. I know, that I will have forgotten about this in a couple of weeks. It's just not special and/ or interesting.
[Netflix] A story told a thousand times that doesn't make too many efforts to tell it in a different way. The mental illness, the use of social networks or parenthood are treated in an absurd way that only serve the needs of a script with more than weak springs. There are some interesting production aspects, but the story rushes so fast after a dismal hour that even the right soundtrack or claustrophobic staging can't break the tedium.
