Overview
Pierre is the highly successful CEO of a large family-owned company. Before signing the deal of the century, he has to settle one last formality: obtain the signature of his cousin Adrien who owns 50% of his firm. This sweet, idealistic dreamer, who makes one blunder after another, is so happy to see Pierre again that he wants to spend time with him and delay the moment of signing. So Pierre has no choice but to take his cousin with him on a turbulent business trip during which his patience will be put to the test.

I expected a comedy but the film is boring and not funny at all
Like playing Frisbee with a three-legged dog, My Cousin was both predictable and far-fetched. The directing was actually well done but the screenplay wasn'#39;t with unclear motivations, strange contradictions and changes of heart so sudden they shock the viewer like a schizoid with defibrillatos. For those of you who know French comedy, this is a Dîner de Con rip-off where they rip off the '#39;dîner'#39; and all you have left is the con. Too bad because François Damiens turns in a strong performance and continues to be one of my favorite Belgian actors.
