I knew nothing about the true story behind this film and I don’t know how accurately it has been depicted. Regardless, this is a pretty good film and another tale showcasing the unglamorous and unsexy world of pornography.

An intricate mix of comedic, pseudo-documentary and character drama elements. As such this film delivers a full roller coaster ride of emotions, which actually took me by surprise, as I initially thought it to be just a comedy. Speaking of which, the Richard Wagner - Ride of the Valkyrie-Remix really made me laugh really hard. Good flick overall.

Like an empty cell in the asylum, this is crazy but there's a noticeable lack of madness. Google 'Stephen Clancy Hill' and you'll find the sordid true story of a mope (according to the film: "a bottom-tier porn performer willing to do the dirtiest, most depraved work in the business") and what happened when he snapped. The problem with the the movie is that only really gets nuts in the 3rd act, and before that we're just kind of sitting around, waiting for our turn to get off.

Some of the content is definitely cringeworthy, but the acting is surprisingly good and it's paced decently.
