Gérard Lanvin has an important role in a new blockbuster! Filming is about to begin in the South of France. On site, he meets Momo Zapareto, the pool boy at the house he is renting for the duration or the shoot. But Momo is a fan, a big fan… an uberfan! He has seen all his films and is soon doing all he can to make himself indispensable to his idol and the technical crew. For Gérard, the nightmare has just begun…

Like being unable to stop licking the top of a C-cell battery, this movie is about a guy who loves making himself uncomfortable (and the audience, too). The Biggest Fan is about a French actor (Gérard Lanvin playing himself) making a movie on location where he keeps inviting the world's most annoying fan to barge into his life and annoy him. If you like the idea of someone who doesn't like being punched in the balls repeatedly asking someone to punch him in the balls, then this is the film for you. I suspect, however, this poorly plotted and predictable waste will find it difficult to collect any fans at all.
