Last Casting Call focuses on actress Chen Meng, who has been drifting for five years but has not achieved much. Burdened by her past experiences in the Chinese film industry as well as the feeling of incongruity after years of growing up and studying in the US, Chen Meng decides to give her acting career one last try.
