This is interesting. Kraven had to be undergone a lot of rewriting to be this film. Why?
- too many rewrites created disjointed flows of storyline
- a lot of cut scenes deleted snd new scenes added
- some backstory seemed deleted

Honestly, I don't like villain's origin films. The trend of villain films was created so young generations world wide would excuse and emphasize with bad guys in real life, like political villains or politicians or terrorists.

The biggest flaws of this film is:
1. The story of Kraven's family should be more dramatic, but it was sacrificed by bad CGI action scenes.

2. Rhino as villain of villain's origin? That doesn't even make sense to recreate Rhino as a genius level, mutated mafia villain. Kingpin is a far better choice.

3. I understand that Kraven is Taylor-Johnson test film to see whether or not he'll be able to carry the weight of a big budget film (to be the next 007), but all I saw was Russell Crowe carried this film with his cold father act. Unfortunately, both failed to safe this film coz of the too many rewrites.

4. Cheap CGI is totally annoying AF. Just like Moebius, Kraven suffered the same fate. Sony had budgeted a bigger funding for Venom last trilogy instalment.

I can recommend you watch Kraven streaming, but not for theatre enjoyment.
