I need @CinemaSins to review this movie because there isn’t enough space here to list all the things that rubbed me the wrong way. Like, Kara checks Cambria’s pupils with a flashlight over closed eyelids. Or wouldn’t the name Cambria be shortened to Camimi most of the time? Or like how Kara puts a tiny square of sterilizing wipe over a gaping wound? I never saw Kara do any actual Home Care or work for which she was hired; all she did was slowly walk around glaring listlessly at random objects. What about the random slo-mo scenes, but why?! I think they used stop motion to animate the spider because there was no fluid, natural movement or behavior. The molting scene, did the designers even watch a spider molt video? I want to be the person who got to squirt the gel bottle on the floor to emulate molt juice dropping. The spider also managed to teleport everywhere somehow.
