So many stupidly bad, unfunny and cliche moments, it'#39;s hard to take anything about this seriously or well done. What could have been the story of a vampire who took feeding as a serious thought process, checking the newspaper for a possible next bite, turns into a dumb mafia family boss bitten and back from the dead with no clear direction in mind, and a shit script to drive it along. Just a mess. Watch it once. That Rickles scene and the awkward sex scene just add to the weirdness.

Very unique and interesting concept. There'#39;s some great bits in it, but the lead is completely unlikeable and kills any chance at getting invested in the movie. With someone else in the role, it could'#39;ve been something great. The idea alone of a French vampire accidentally resurrecting a mobster to run around Pittsburgh as a creature of the night wreaking havoc, is something ripe for something fresh. There were some really great effects too.
