Josef Mysliveček was a Czech composer famous for writing beautiful music so they decided it would be better to make a 2 1/2 hour movie about how he slept around, even though Mysliveček's Wikipedia page says, "Other than a reputation for promiscuity recorded in the Mozart correspondence, nothing is known of Mysliveček's love life. ... There is no documentation to support reports of romantic liaisons with the singers Caterina Gabrielli and Lucrezia Aguiari; no mention of love affairs with these singers pre-dates the publication of the fifth edition of the Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians (1954)."
