Go in blind for this one. Decent beginning but it started to lose some steam in the second act and finally went to shit in the third act. I've rarely seen decision making that bad and that obvious, a pain to watch. Awful fighting choreographies, apparently getting hit by a knife propels you across the room. The acting was fine in the first two acts but it turned to cringe in the third act and same thing with the dialogue. Enrico Colantoni as Bob being the exception, good performance and interesting character. I wanted every character to die but that's probably the point. Too much rince repeat with the cat and mouse game, it got ridiculous (I really felt that 2h time limit). The last 15 minutes or so are so predictable and just embarassing to watch. Comical ending at least.

Built on the foundations of an all too believable, near-future dystopia, one riddled with the encroaching effects of climate change, amplified political discourse and outsourced human eradication firms, Humane is a strong debut for daughter of David, Caitlin Cronenberg. Retaining some of the families signature body-horror sequences, Humane takes more of an absurdist, dark comedy angle to some very real social issues, and nearly pulls it all off with a wry wink and a tongue buried very firmly in its cheek. While the central plot idea is well realised, I couldn't help but feel it got a little lost in the jumble of its own characters, and which parts of its plot it wanted to darkly chuckle at, and which ones it wanted to hit hard. Still, a great start that is enjoyably unsettling, if a little unfocused.

This could be easily a twilight episode or a black mirror one. It took an interesting turn of events, you did not see that coming in the start of the movie. Also it doesn not obey the laws of medicine as everyone is stub at least twice and no one dies. I mean a fork on the neck!! Anyway, watch it don't watch it, you will survive the day.

A dystopian ambience serves as a backdrop for this story, which is very interesting, with lots of intrigue and suspense. The performances are great, they really elevate the plot. The development of the story could be more dynamic, sometimes the changes and twists sound exaggerated, a greater objectivity would make the movie more captivating.

Humane is positively dripping with populist woke agenda's, as touted by mainstream politics and the mainstream media.

Diversity, climate alarmism, married up to clumsy attempts to discredit those who ask awkward, legitimate questions, is absolutely front and centre. How dare anyone suggest Asia i More
