Great acting performances, but they didn't have much to work with. The characters had honestly almost zero overall depth, the story was nothing original really, and the ending was too inconclusive for my liking.

Very nice straight to the point movie. The whole thing feels very realistic and the characters actually do feel like normal persons. It gets intense too at moments, and has a very satisfactory ending. I won't spoil it of course, but it was just a very natural ending to a very natural movie.

I have just read that they are currently making the sequel of the movie and it will be titled Freier Fall 2. Cannot wait for the shooting to be done. I really fell in love with this movie. It is a German masterpiece!
