The start is not so good but it gets better throughout the film. Robert Rodriguez "Room 309 - The Misbehavers" and Quentin Tarantino's "Penthouse - The Man from Hollywood" were the best segments of the film. Tim Roth does a great job in the leading role and provide some good funny scenes with his weird behavior as a bellhop of a hotel in a crazy New Years Eve. Overall, the first half is nothing special but the second half is great! It's worth seeing because of Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino.

The first segment was awful. The second segment was meh. The third was different, but ok. The fourth was pretty good.
